About

Ingcali Consulting Engineers (Pty.) Ltd. was established in May 1997 with two members.
It has since developed into an entity with offices in several provinces in South Africa namely, WESTERN CAPE, NORTHERN CAPE, FREE STATE, GAUTENG and LIMPOPO.

Ingcali Consulting Engineers have successfully completed numerous projects in the Electrical, Civil / Structural and Mechanical Engineering fields, worth millions of Rands throughout South Africa.

We also have vast experience in the Project Management environment. A new division, Ingcali Project Management, was formed and focuses on developments in the building industry and the project management of all engineering projects. It has already proved itself in the development of shopping centres, hostels and low-cost housing.

The Company has black empowerment status with the following shareholding:

  • Qualifying Small Enterprise with Construction (Bep) Sector Code, Level 1 B-BBEE Recognition Level of 135%.
  • Mr E Mahlangu (Owner & Director / Dipl. Arch.) Ownership – 100%.
  • Mr AE Lötter (Director / B. Eng. Pr. Eng.) Ownership – 0%.
